No Housie

Well...we didn't win the bid for the house. :( The winning bid was $2500 over the list price, which in this case means that the buyers offered to bring $2500 cash to the table (since the loan could only cover up to the list price). And we were only able to offer the full list price. We're pretty bummed, but that's the way it goes sometimes. On to the next great deal!
